Knight Frank
The client:
Knight Frank is a real estate consultancy with 500 offices across 57 territories.
The task:
The luxury residential development sector is one of the most influential arenas in global real estate.
Increasingly, the sector sits at the crossroads of hospitality, restaurants, private members’ clubs and the broader art of placemaking, serving as an unrivalled test bed for new ideas and concepts.
The secrets to success are often closely guarded, but Knight Frank reveals all in a new publication, The Residence Report, showcasing the visionaries redefining how we live – developers and brands challenging the very idea of what a home can be.
Knight Frank comissioned Kent Nordic to spend three months researching and interviewing executives from luxury brands to unearth the latest trends in global residential development. The process involved more than 35 interviews with groups including Bentley Motors, The Four Seasons, Kerzner International and Maybourne.
